I think it's one of two things. Either it's painted on, or it's too much botox. There's a saying for someone who smiles all the time. It is: "Smile! It makes people wonder what you've been up to! That could not be truer for president Obama. ( I lower cased it on purpose) I don't trust him any further than I could throw him.
